concavity-dbg software package provides predictor of protein ligand binding sites (debug), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install concavity-dbg
concavity-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the concavity-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep concavity-dbg *
You will get with concavity-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
